   In previous years, H&M's holiday campaigns had featured Amber Valletta and Kylie Minogue, photographed by Mikael Jansson, not to mention two recent swimwear campaigns for summer with Gisele Bündchen and Salma Hayek. This year, there are notable departures, not least the use of Max Vadukul as photographer.
   Vadukul is known more for reportage rather than glamour: he has photographed Missy Elliott, Mother Teresa and Salman Rushdie. Hennes & Mauritz's press department says that the style of the campaign was inspired by Helmut Newton's work of the 1960s.
