Cushla Reed launches eponymous shoe label
Minx Shoes’ Cushla Reed (above) has launched a new line bearing her own name. The eponymous brand, Cushla Reed: the Minx, will be available from mid-August, for the spring–summer 2010–11 season.
The range will comprise eight styles and be available in Australia and New Zealand.
‘This new, signature range is definitely something different to what I’ve produced before and I believe there is nothing else like it in the Australasian market,’ says Reed in a release.
‘The higher heels are incredibly comfortable, created by a careful mix of design, construction and materials.’
The target customer is described as ‘a “princess with a professional twist”—a woman that is playful, a little daring and understands fashion concepts’.

Jenny, here is what Tim Holmberg, who looks after Cushla’s PR, says: ‘The range should be in stores from late September.
‘The Minx website should be updated shortly with the new collection and also features a list of stockists nation-wide.’
