When we stated ‘Gucci’s website’, we used that in the context of the designer’s surname. (If it were the more famous house, we would have written, ‘the Gucci website’ or ‘at Gucci’ and linked to gucci.com.) So I do not think we were incorrect in our usage.    Thank you for the clarification on the sales’ date, which is why we raised the question (notice we never made this a statement).
